This post brings tears to my eyes every time I read it. As the mother of this man who is so dialed in to his children’s emotions, sensitive to their needs and committed to their well being, I couldn’t be more proud of you. Although your essays are intended for your children, I’m sure anyone who reads them are touched and impressed by your willingness and ability to articulate your inner most sentiments on an open platform. A parent’s love for their child is unique. My love for you is beyond all intense affection known to my heart.
